Winner of competition to restore Notre Dame selected

Zeyu Cai and Sibei Li have been picked as the winners of the plan to restore Notre Dame.
The competition included 226 entries from 56 countries and more than 30,000 people voting.
The proposed design includes a metallic spire designed to reflect light.
It will also feature a magnetically suspended time capsule set to be open every 50 years.
