Here’s the 5,000th episode ‘birthday cake’ for ‘The View’

“The View” celebrated its 5,000th episode with a custom made cake from Palermo’s Bakery.

• The three-tiered cake featured two alternating tiers with a gold New York City skyline.
• In between these layers was a teal layer decorated with gold rings and the number “5000.”
• Atop the cake, meanwhile, was a miniature version of the show’s iconic folded leaf table topped with coffee cups.
• When the cake was wheeled out, both Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar noted how it looked a bit like a menorah.
