Hershey sued over its white Reese’s peanut butter cups

Hersey is facing a class action lawsuit over its “White Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.”

The lawsuit claims that the product is misleading because it does not contain white chocolate.

Instead, the product actually uses white crème.

However, the packaging never uses the word “chocolate.”

The lawsuit complains, however, that since the company’s other Reese’s peanut butter cup products do contain real chocolate, that consumers will assume this version does too.
