People are already comparing Popeye’s new chicken sandwich to Chick-Fil-A’s

Popeye’s rolled out a new chicken sandwich Aug. 12, 2019, and people are already comparing it to Chick-Fil-A’s famous offering.

Much like Chick-Fil-A’s, Popeye’s sandwich features a bun, fried chicken patty and pickles.

Popeye’s version, however, adds a “special sauce” to the recipe.

Popeye’s customers have taken to social media to express their love of the sandwich.
