HelloFresh is a German meal kit company traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

• The company had its IPO in November 2017, under the symbol HFG.
• HelloFresh operates in the U.S., Canada, Western Europe (including Germany and the United Kingdom), New Zealand and Australia.
• HelloFresh itself owns Green Chef, which it acquired in March 2018.
• The company’s Canadian division bought Chefs Plate in October 2018.
