McDonald’s ‘separates’ its golden arches to raise awareness of social distancing

McDonald’s has been posting a “revised” version of its iconic golden arches logo design on international social media pages to emphasize the importance of social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.
The image was posted to the Brazil division’s Facebook page March 19, 2020.
A similar look was also used on the company’s India social media profiles.
It does not appear the chain is changing any signage at restaurants with the new look, but rather sticking only with digital implementations.
Meanwhile, in the U.S., the chain has switched most of its locations over to drive-thru only.
