Target’s owned brand of women’s clothing “A New Day” uses vertical typography in a light and airy typeface.

  • The logo is typically set against a pale pink background.
  • The logo design is meant to be read vertically — though the first letter of each word happens to spell out “and” if the first line is read horizontally.
  • The typeface appears to be partially inspired by Archer, but also has monotype typewriter characteristics.
