The April 15, 2020 Google Doodle pays tribute to delivery workers as part of an ongoing series honoring front line workers who are keeping essential services running during the coronavirus pandemic.
In the drawing, the “e” becomes a driver with a blue cap and face mask who is driving a blue truck with a package icon slapped on the side.
The “G” becomes another person, presumably a customer, who is receiving or handing off a package to the “driver.”
Today, we’d like to say:
To all packaging, shipping, and delivery workers, thank you.

Amid the coronavirus outbreak, delivery drivers for companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS as well as “gig” workers for companies such as Instacart, Shipt, Postmates, Gruhub, DoorDash and other similar services have seen a marked increase in demand as consumers switch to online shopping and food delivery.
Separate Google Doodles have honored grocery workers and food service workers.
