Jeff Bezos, ex-wife finalize multibillion dollar divorce

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and ex-wife MacKenzie have finalized their divorce and split of the ecommerce giant’s assets.

Jeff Bezos went from owning 16% of the company to 12% after completing his divorce and selling off nearly $2 billion in stock.

Don’t feel too bad for him, though — he’s still majority stakeholder with holdings worth around $110 billion based on Aug. 1, 2019 stock value.

MacKenzie, meanwhile, ended up with a 4% stake with about $37 billion.
