Apple TV+ price and launch date announced

Apple TV+ will be priced at $4.99 a month, the company announced Sept. 10, 2019.

• The streaming service is set to launch Nov. 1.
• Users purchasing new Apple devices will be eligible for a free one year trial of the service.
• There’s also a 7-day free trial available without a device purchase.
• The $4.99 a month price puts Apple TV+ as one of the lowest priced streaming services — but its content library is also minuscule compared to the upcoming Disney+ or powerhouse Netflix.
