Carrie Ann Inaba is out at CBS’s daytime “The Talk.”
Inaba joined the show as a replacement for original moderator Julie Chen in January 2019, following a scandal of alleged misconduct surrounding Chen’s husband, former CBS president Les Moonves.
Inaba has been on leave from the show since April 2021, saying she needed to focus on her well being.
It’s not clear if those issues contributed to her decision to leave the show permanently.
Inaba exited just a month after Sharon Osbourne left following a controversy over alleged past offensive comments she’d made.
The show is bringing in Jerry O’Connell to fill Osbourne’s seat, making him the first male to have a permanent spot at the table.
