‘CBS This Morning’ anchor Gayle King named to Time 100 list — gets special cover

“CBS This Morning” co-anchor Gayle King has been named to the Time 100 Most Influential People list for the first time.
- King was also selected as one of the figures on the list to appear on a series of covers for the magazine’s print edition.
- In addition to her role on “CBS This Morning,” King is also known for her friendship with Oprah Winfrey.
- She also conducted a well publicized interview with R. Kelly that gained national attention.
- King is reportedly in the middle of contract negotiations to remain at CBS.
