CNBC celebrated its 30th anniversary by ringing the closing bell on the New York Stock Exchange April 22, 2019.
- The network turned 30 April 17.
- CNBC first signed on April 17, 1989.
- At the time, the network was based in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
- In 2003, the network moved to a new, custom built facility in Englewood Cliffs, which also became master control and network operations for most other NBCUniversal properties.
