CNN hires NYU professor as host for its streaming service

Scott Galloway is joining CNN as a host for CNN+, the much-anticipated streaming subscription service that will debut in the first quarter of 2022.

Praised by Fast Company as “every business nerd’s must-follow,” Galloway’s show will focus on the news and conversations where business and technology collide, according to CNN.

It will contribute to CNN+’s slate of original, live programming that will be available at launch.

Galloway is a Professor of Marketing at NYU’s Stern School of Business and a serial entrepreneur.

In 2012, he was named one of the world’s best business professors by Poets & Quants. Well known as the host of the Prof G Show and cohost of the Pivot podcast, which was named by AdWeek as the Business Podcast of the Year in 2020, Galloway has founded nine companies, including Prophet, Red Envelope, L2, and Section4.
