CNN’s Chris Cuomo secures network’s top ratings — but still lags behind Fox News and MSNBC

Fox handily beat the competition with an average of 1.4 million viewers during the day and 2.4 million overall during primetime over the past three months, per Nielsen Media Research. But MSNBC is creeping up, averaging 930,000 viewers in the day and 1.7 million in primetime during the second quarter of 2018. That’s a jump for the liberal-leaning network, but not enough to come close to toppling Fox from its 66-month tenure at the top.
