Conan O’Brien’s show on TBS will become the first late night show to come out of seclusion — but he’s not returning to his normal studio.

O’Brien usually tapes his namesake “Conan” show at the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, California, but will start hosting from the Largo Theatre in Los Angeles for the July 6, 2020 edition.

The venue normally hosts a variety of musical and comedy acts.

O’Brien will film without an audience — although, as a theatre, the facility supports having one — and limited crew, according to TBS.

Back in March, all major late night shows shifted to removing studio audiences amid concerns about the coronavirus and eventually switched, like so many other broadcasters, to originating from hosts’ homes.

O’Brien has been appearing from home, as have all the other major late night hosts.
