ABC’s O&O in Chicago, WLS, keeps getting visits from creepy crawly little friends.

  • The feeds are often used as backgrounds behind weather forecasts, to show traffic conditions or beauty bump shots and as anchor desk backgrounds.
  • However, the station’s cameras have apparently become popular with spiders, who keep making guest appearances on air.
  • Because the cameras are pointed at objects far away, when a spider or bug crawls over the lens, it appears to be “giant.”
