Did CNN really air a map showing Hong Kong in the wrong place?

CNN did air a graphic that erroneously featured a map showing Hong Kong as being in South America, but the error occurred in 2013. The image began making the rounds again after actor James Woods tweeted it along with his “correction” — which was actually incorrect.
