Chicago’s Fox affiliate WFLD has suspended “Good Day Chicago” anchor Rafer Weigel after a complex controversy involving several women and a “revenge porn” case against one of them.
- Weigel himself has not been accused of any wrongdoing, nor do any of the alleged photos feature him.
- Fox 32 did not respond to Robert Feder’s requests for comment.
- Weigel declined to comment as well.
- Weigel’s suspension was effective Oct. 31, 2019, and there’s no immediate word when he will be back behind the anchor desk.
