Phone records of former Fox personality Kimberly Guilfoyle have been subpoenaed and obtained by the January 6 committee, sources tell CNN.

Guilfoyle, who left Fox in 2018, is engaged to Donald Trump Jr., and actively involved in pro-Trump causes.

Eric Trump’s phone records were also obtained, according to CNN, but there is no evidence that Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump or Jared Kushner’s records have been sought or obtained by the committee.

One of the big questions the committee is looking into is who within the administration and pro-Trump world were communicating with each other — and what was being said as a mob stormed the Capitol Jan. 6, 2021.

There have been numerous reports about various people in Trump world providing differing advice to him on Jan. 6 after Donald Trump Sr. and other speakers called on attendees to head to the Capitol at a rally earlier that day. Some reports have indicated that many in his circle allegedly were calling on him to tweet or otherwise reach out to his supporters and “call them off” from the melee.

Trump Sr. was impeached for incitement of insurrection by the U.S. House Jan 13, 2021 but ultimately acquitted in his Senate trial, though he and others within his camp are facing civil lawsuits for the alleged events of the day.

In addition to dating and later becoming engaged to Trump Jr., Guilfoyle has had many other connections with the White House, GOP and Trump family. She was reportedly considered as press secretary in 2016 but ended up signing a new deal with Fox in 2017.

During that time, she was a vocal supporter of Trump, including on “The Five,” the daily show she co-hosted. There were also reports of contact between her and the Trump family and administration that likely blurred the lines of standard journalistic standards.

However, she left the network in 2018, in favor of working for a pro-Trump PAC and other political activities on behalf of the Republicans.

While at Fox, Guilfoyle was accused of sexual harassment by a female staffer. The unnamed staffer claimed Guilfoyle would appear nude in front of her, show her photographs of the genitals of men she slept with and required her to sleep at Guilfoyle’s apartment. The New. Yorker verified at least some of the accusations.

The network later settled the claim, reportedly for at least $4 million. Some have noted the timing of Guilfoyle’s departure from Fox and the accusations and sources said that the network had given her the choice of quitting or being fired.
