‘Jeopardy!’ fan created ‘Trebek Affirmation Soundboard’

“Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek, who returns to the syndicated game show for its 36th season this fall despite a pancreatic cancer diagnosis has a lot of ways to encourage players — and now you can “play” back audio clips of his “positive affirmations” on a website inspired by the show’s game board.

• The site displays a reproduction of the show’s iconic blue gameboard with category headlines and dollar values.
• Clicking on one of the dollar values triggers a short clip of one of Trebek’s words of encouragements taken from actual episodes of the show.
