Mark Cuban sells majority stake in HDNet Movies, AXS

Mark Cuban has sold a majority stake in his HDNet and AXS TV channels.

• Anthem Sports & Entertainment, along with TV personality Steve Harvey are investing in the channels.
• Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
• Cuban will remain an equity partner.
• Anthem runs wrestling, boxing, hunting and fishing and gaming channels.
• The deal focuses on stakes in HDNet Movies as well as AXS TV.
