The Peabody Awards are moving to Los Angeles for the first time.

• Peabody announced plans to hold its annual ceremony Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
• The Peabody Awards honor storytelling in entertainment, news and documentaries.
• The program is based at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia.
• Nominees for Peabody Awards will be announced in April, with the winners revealed in May.
