Rosie O’Donnell: Barbara Walters isn’t ‘up to speaking to people now’

Rosie O’Donnell discussed her former “View” cohost Barbara Walters in an interview with Us Weekly.

• “I don’t think she’s up to speaking to people now,” she said.
