There still might be a new ’24’ series

Despite two scripts that never made it to pilot last season, Fox is still reportedly working on a new incarnation of its hit “24.”
The project is said to be in the very early stages.
Fox already brought back original star Kiefer Sutherland for limited series “24: Live Another Day” and also created a reboot “24: Legacy,” which aired a single season.
Previous iterations of the project were for prequals that traced the stories of key “24” characters before the events in the original series.
It’s likely too early to determine if Sutherland would be involved in any future “24” projects, though with the (second) cancellation of “Designated: Survivor” his schedule may have opened up.
