Not everyone who attended Donald Trump’s campaign rally in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., on Thursday was a fervent Trump supporter. Asked how they would rate Trump on a scale from 1 to 10, some respondents ranked him as low as an 8. (Others, of course, gave him a 10 or an 11 or an 11½ or a 20.)
