Trump’s personal assistant out for allegedly sharing insider info with reporters

Donald Trump’s assistant in the White House has left the administration after she reportedly shared information about Trump and his family as well as Oval Office operations with reporters.

  • What she did: Madeleine Westerhout reportedly shared information with reporters at an off the record dinner in New Jersey.
  • Who’s cleaning out her desk? Westerhout was reportedly banned from the White House immediately after Trump learned of the event.
  • She was close to Trump: Westerhout sat outside of the Oval Office.
  • A fast rise to the Oval: Westerhout is just 27 — and previously worked as an assistant to Republican National Committee Chief of Staff Katie Walsh. She also worked as a “greeter” at Trump Tower between the election and inauguration day.
