Disney+ orders high school basketball dramedy starring John Stamos

Disney+ has ordered a high school basketball series with John Stamos set to star.

• The series, titled “Big Shots,” will follow Stamos as a grumpy and volatile high school coach.
• His character gets fired from his job and has to take a coaching gig at an elite all girls high school.
• Disney+ has ordered 10 episodes from ABC Studios.
• The dramedy will have 60 minute episodes and begin shooting in November.
