‘The Daily Show’ compares North Korea state TV with Fox News — and the results are eerie

“The Daily Show” has compiled a series of clips comparing North Korea’s state run Korean Central Television’s gushing descriptions of Kim Jong Un with Fox News hosts praising Donald Trump:

  • The clip features Ri Chun-Hee, the now retired host of North Korea’s KCTV newscasts, who occasionally returns for major coverage.
  • Ri, who is partial to pink outfits, is shown in juxtaposition to conservative Fox hosts Lou Dobbs and Jeanine Pirro praising Trump on air.
  • The clip labeled as a “Propagand-off” by “The Daily Show,” has both the Korean and English dialogue captioned.
