Broadcasters Foundation of America offering grants to broadcast pros who contracted coronavirus

The Broadcasters Foundation of America is offering one time grants of up to $1,000 for individuals working in broadcasting facing extreme financial hardship stemming from the coronavirus outbreak.
To be eligible, an applicant must be or have been a direct employee of an over-the-air, radio or television broadcasting company and have been diagnosed with a COVID-19 infection.
Applicants also need to be out of work or lost wages due to COVID-19 and must also demonstrate acute financial hardships.
The foundation notes that it is unable to predict the number of grants it will be able to issue.
