Another forecaster caught off card by ‘giant’ bird

KTXL forecaster Adam Epstein was startled by what appeared to be a giant bird on the video wall behind him.
Epstein, who works at the Nexstar owned Fox 40 in Sacramento, was presenting his forecast in front of a large video wall array showcasing the view for nearby Mt. Vaca — when a bird fluttered into the field of vision of the camera.
Because the bird was so close to the lens, it appeared to be a “giant bird” from the Epstein and viewer’s perspective, though it was presumably a normal sized bird.
