‘Bachelorette’ finale goes up against CNN’s debate

ABC’s finale of “The Bachelorette” went up against CNN’s first night of debates.

NBC’s second night of the debate, which, like CNN’s, included some of the heavier hitters, broke ratings records with 18.1 million.

“The Bachelorette” Monday, July 30, 2019 episode attracted an estimated 7.1 million — but the final finale aired at the same time as the debate.
