CNN announces CNN+ branded SXSW opening night party

CNN has sent out email invitations to a CNN+ branded event at SXSW.

Dubbed as both an “Opening Night Party” and the “CNN+ Friday Night Party,” the event is slated for March 11, 2022 in Austin.

The event will take place at Bungalow, a local bar and eatery that the network is taking over and branding as the CNN+House.

Scheduled guests include Alison Roman, Audie Cornish, Kasie Hunt, Poppy Harlow, Rex Chapman, Scott Galloway, Amy Entelis and Andrew Morse and a special performance by The Knocks is also planned.

The event is a private.
