CNN’s Don Lemon tears up while talking about Chris Cuomo’s coronavirus diagnosis

“CNN Tonight” anchor Don Lemon broke down in the middle of a segment with Bianna Golodryga when he was distractedly thinking about colleague Chris Cuomo’s coronavirus diagnosis.

After Golodryga stopped talking from her home remote setup, Lemon began asking a question but then admitted to being distracted.

“Sorry, I said I wasn’t going to do this. Jesus. He’s probably at home laughing at me,” he said, dabbing tears away from his eyes.

Lemon noted he and Cuomo and good friends and leave near each other and Lemon often, under normal circumstances, stops by Cuomo’s office on the way to work.
