Fox Weather firms up talent lineup ahead of launch

Fox has announced a revised lineup of talent for its upcoming Fox Weather service.

The service launches Oct. 25, 2021 and will include the following staffers in New York, along with their previous station:

• Jason Frazer (WKYC)
• Amy Freeze (WABC)
• Craig Herrera (KING)
• Britta Merwin (KPRC)
• Nick Kosir (WJZY)
• Brigit Mahoney (KTVI)
• Stephen Morgan (KRIV)
• Jane Minar (WFXG)
• Ian Oliver (WFLA)
• Kendall Smith (KOTV)

Two other team members have been hired but won’t be on air at launch:

• Kiyana Lewis (News 12 The Bronx), starting in December
• Marissa Torres (WPIX), starting in November

Fox also has a team of local correspondents and reporters, again listed with their former employer:

• Steve Bender, Miami (KRNV)
• Katie Byrne, Philadelphia (WOLF)
• Brandy Campbell, Miami (KTBS)
• Hunter Davis, Oklahoma City
• Max Gorden, Los Angeles (KPHO)
