• Mnuchin appeared on ABC News’ “This Week,” which was originating from the network’s Washington, D.C. studios this week.
• The control room was identified as an ABC News one by CNN media correspondent Brian Stelter.
• The photo’s caption, while likely meant in jest, was mocked for its use of the word “control” as media organizations increasingly become the target of the Trump administration.
• Meanwhile, Trump supporters latched on to the post as a way to further bash the “mainstream media.”
