MSNBC anchor opens up about birthmark that she’s kept hidden for years

MSNBC “Morning Joe First Look” anchor Yasmin Vossoughian has opened up about a birthmark on her leg that she’s kept hidden for years.

Vossoughian was born with the mark, which covers much of her left leg.

The mark has affected her own self confidence and image over the years.

Vossoughian said she would often cover it with clothing in both her personal and professional life.

She’s also worried about it showing up on air in an industry that is often obsessed with appearances.

Now, she said she’s “over” caring about what people think of the mark.
