NBCUniversal’s entry into the streaming wars, Peacock, went live for Comcast customers April 15, 2020.

Comcast Xfinity customers on the X1 and Flex platforms are getting “early access” to the service at no additional charge.

Comcast is the parent company of NBCUniversal.

The company says the rollout to all eligible Comcast customers will be complete by the end of April 2020.

Peacock is scheduled to launch to the general public July 15, 2020.

That launch was designed to tie in with the 2020 Summer Olympics, but those have since been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
