NESN announces ‘infotainment’ sports show
NESN is launching a new sports show.
- Titled “NESN After Hours” and presented by sponsor People’s United Bank, the show will use an “infotainment” style, according to the network.
- “NESN After Hours” will cover the social side of sports and will include interactive segments, including live questions from fans.
- New hires Emerson Lotzia and Cealey Godwin will host the show, which will air Monday through Friday.
- The show will replace “NESN Sports Today” and air at 10 p.m. local time — or immediately after the Bruins or Red Sox postgame show on the network when games run long.
