Nintendo partners with ELeague for three episode CBS eSports series

ELeague and Nintendo are partnering to showcase high-level players and exciting competitive moments through a three-episode eSports TV series.
ELeague, which is a partnership between Turner and Endeavor Group Holdings, will air the shows on CBS showcasing The Nintendo 2019 World Championships.
Teams from around the world will be featured Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019 at 1 p.m. eastern, with additional episodes airing Sept. 7 at 2 p.m. and Sept. 14 at 1:30 p.m.
Competitions on three Nintendo Switch video games, Super Mario Maker 2, Splatoon 2 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, will be included.
In addition to live coverage of the tournament, viewers will also get behind the scenes looks at players.
Nintendo and ELeague previously partnered during the Super Smash. Bros Ultimate Invitational 2018.
