Apparently a “Jeopardy!” question caused quite a stir in a Chicago newsroom.
- WLS anchor Rob Elgas tweeted a photo of a clue reading “4 of its last 10 governors have spent time in federal prison.”
- In the tweet, he wrote “Was wondering why I heard the @ABC7Chicago newsroom screaming “WHAT IS ILLINOIS!” during @Jeopardy.”
- His tweet ended with a “facepalm” emoji.
- Chicago journalists are, of course, quite familiar with the state’s infamous past of corrupt politics.
