Viewers of NHL games being played in select, isolated arenas specially outfitted to “cover up” the empty spectator seating may have noticed the corporate logos that ring the rink change.
In many pro sports, this is done digitally (though it’s more common in baseball) — but here’s the low tech way that corporate sponsors get swapped out.
