The “Today” puppy with a purpose, Sunny, is leaving Studio 1A Thursday, June 27, 2019.
Sunny will become the first dog at the Henry Viscardi School at the Viscardi Center on Long Island.
He will help support students with physical disabilities at the school.

The goal is that the puppy leaves “Today” after completing training to help a person in need.
