Univision’s Saban wants to hand chairman post to Tribune Media chief

Billionaire Haim Saban is considering stepping down as chairman of Univision Holdings Inc. and has told associates he wants Peter M. Kern to take his place at the Spanish-language media company, people familiar with the matter said.
