Viceland rebranding

Viceland is rebranding its cable properties under the name “Vice on TV.”
First launched in February 2016, Viceland is the television channel linked with the Vice Media digital website and print magazine.
The new name will make the TV branding more consistent with the “Vice” name used elsewhere while also emphasizing that it’s a TV channel.
A&E Networks will retain its 10% stake in the channel.
Disney, which owns A&E, also owns a separate 10% part of the channel.
