Avid’s stock falls after CEO terminated for violations of workforce conduct

Shares of Avid Technology Inc. slumped in morning trade Monday, after the media technology company said it terminated former Chief Executive Officer Louis Hernandez, effective immediately, for “violations of company policies related to workforce conduct.”
