CBS reporter grills Trump during coronavirus briefing

CBS News‘ Paula Reid hammered Donald Trump with tough, direct questions during the White House coronavirus task force press briefing Monday, April 13, 2020.

The exchange was part of what is being described as a “meltdown” and “authoritarian” performance by Trump that was also accompanied by a taxpayer funded video many are labeling “propaganda” or a “campaign video.”

Reid’s persistence is gaining attention on social media and in the press — both positive and negative. Some are praising her efforts to not accept inaccuracies from Trump, while others say she went too far.
