Fox Nation host Britt McHenry will undergo surgery for a brain tumor, she confirmed on Twitter Feb. 27, 2020.
McHenry, who previously worked at ESPN, now hosts “UN-PC” on the Fox owned streaming network.
In the tweet, she said she had intended on keeping her medical issues private but “… as usual, things are being said without my consent.”
In 2019, McHenry accused her “UN-PC” co-host and former pro wrestler Tyrus of sexual misconduct after he allegedly sent her lewd messages.
Fox investigated the issue and declared it had been resolved, but McHenry filled a lawsuit against Fox and owner Rupert Murdoch in late 2019.
I was trying to keep this relatively private. But as usual, things are being said without my consent.
I have a brain tumor. I’m with an amazing medical team and surgery is imminent. Thank you for continued support and understanding at this time.
