Comedian Kathy Griffin slammed her ex-friend Anderson Cooper as just another member of the “older white guys” group when she was asked about his late mother Gloria Vanderbilt.

She also lamented losing her relationship with Vanderbilt and compared Cooper to CNN chief Jeff Zucker.

“Anderson Cooper and Jeff Zucker are cut from the same cloth. I’ve known Jeff for a long time, but a lot of these older white guys hate me, and they’ve hated me for years, because I’ve been a ballsy chick my whole career and I’ve never learned my lesson.”

“I was really in love with Anderson’s mom, the great Gloria Vanderbilt. She let me call her ‘Glo-Vandy‘,” she told BuzzFeed News.

“Misogyny and sexism is a big part of my message, and as I get older I don’t have a fuck left to give … So I don’t really worry about the Jeff Zuckers and the old dinosaurs anymore — the ‘check-signers’ I call them,” she said.

Griffin and Cooper famously fell out after a controversial photo of Griffin holding what appeared to be a bloodied head of Donald Trump surfaced.

She was later fired from her New Year’s Eve gig co-hosting CNN’s coverage with Cooper.
