Larry King divorcing 7th wife

Former CNN host Larry King is divorcing his seventh wife.

King, 85, filed for divorce in Los Angeles against his wife of 22 years, Shawn King, 59.

The couple has two grown sons, Chance and Cannon.

Larry and Shawn previously filed for a divorce in 2010, but later called it off.

Larry has been married eight times to seven different women.

He married and divorced Alene Akins on two separate occasions.

Larry King hosted “Larry King Live” on CNN for 25 years.

Overall, Larry had a broadcasting career that started in radio and spanned over 50 years.

After King retired in 2010, British TV host Piers Morgan took over his timeslot with “Piers Morgan Tonight” (later renamed “Piers Morgan Live”) for three years.
